Yan Mednis

Hello. My name is Yan Mednis. I am a time-lapse photographer. I embarked on my creative journey in 2013 by producing experimental humorous videos on social issues for YouTube, which quickly gained popularity. However, for a variety of reasons, I transitioned to time-lapse photography later on (you can view an example of my work here).

In an attempt to combine photography, travel, and income, I joined photo/video marketplace platforms as an author(my portfolio). Since then, I have captured tens of thousands of images for time-lapse footage. I am passionate about experimenting with photographic materials and creating unique, awe-inspiring photos. This passion gave birth to the collection you see today.

Space Time Scapes

This collection represents journeys through unique and picturesque locations from my life. By utilizing a shooting method that merges space and time into a four-dimensional composition, I aim to transcend the boundaries of classic static photography to convey a sense of change over time. The achieved effect is facilitated by combining hundreds of shots taken at specific time intervals from the same perspective.

The owner of this NFT receives an extended license for commercial use of the digital copy of the photograph included in the NFT, which is transferred to the next owner upon the sale of the NFT. The owner also has the right to receive a high-resolution file of the photograph for personal use. The first 10 owners of the NFT, who purchase it for an amount exceeding the previous maximum transaction cost, can obtain a physical certificate of authenticity and, if desired, a printed version of the photograph. If the owner decides to print the photo himself, he will receive a physical certificate of authenticity corresponding to his printed version. Please note that the costs of printing and delivery are paid separately.
